- Do you keep my credit card details?
- Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed; it is submitted directly to our banks.
- I was notified by a transaction which I didn’t make. What should I do next?
- If you were notified of an unauthorized purchase using your credit or debit card, please contact your bank immediately to report and check if payment can still be stopped. - Free shipping fees are availed if the amount of your purchase is $30.

- Our usual shipping fee is around $4.99-$15.99.

- How to change my address?
- you can put different shipping and delivery address. Once you decide if these addresses will be your default shipping and delivery location.
- What happens after the delivery time has passed?
- You can contact our Customer Care team at support@(store).com to follow up on the order made. We will track your order and make sure it gets delivered at the soonest possible time.
- What if I am not at home when the package arrives?
- You can provide your representative with an authorization letter and a copy of your valid ID to claim your purchase on your behalf. Your authorized representative should also present a valid ID upon delivery for proof of identity.
- Can I purchase multiple items and have them delivered to different shipping addresses?
- We currently do not offer delivering different items to different addresses for the same order. Should you want to have your items delivered to different addresses, we would recommend placing different orders (items to be delivered to the same shipping address should be put together in 1 order).
